Our research into Leadership has led to the development of the Leadership Dimensions Questionnaire (LDQ), devised by Victor Dulewicz and Malcom Higgs.
- The LDQ gives broad coverage of 15 dimensions of leadership and the context in which leadership takes place.
- The LDQ has been produced with norm data based on a group of over 1000 managers from around the world, in both private and public sector organisations.
- The report derived from the LDQ relates profiles of the scores to different leadership styles and to the degree of volatility faced by the leader’s organisation.
Research has been conducted on British naval officers, Policemen, Directors and Executives. Results show a large number of significant correlations with job performance. Other research studies are being conducted on managers in the UK and overseas.
