The Leadership Dimensions questionnaire (LDQ) has been developed by Victor Dulewicz and Malcolm Higgs following extensive research into the behaviour and performance of senior Managers and Directors. The authors are currently conducting further research into corporate leadership and managing change.
Assessing & Developing Emotional Intelligence
(EI)
Our research findings show that EI is even more important than IQ in predicting an individual’s potential and that EI can be developed. We have also shown important links between EI and Leadership, Managing Change and Organisation Culture.
Trust
We have recently been conducting research into Trust within organisations and teams, and the Trustworthiness of certain individuals, for example, Executive Coaches, Doctors, colleagues.
Psychological Well-being
Happiness and Well-being are now recognised by Governments as being of great importance. We have been researching these concepts to gain a greater understanding of their causes and with specific reference to personality, competencies and emotional intelligence.
