Assessment Centres
Based on over 35 years' experience, we believe that, to be fully effective, an AC
should be tailored to a specific job or level within one organisation and not be
‘bought off the shelf’. Therefore, it is our normal practice to conduct all stages of design:
-
job analysis
-
design
of exercises and selection of any tests
-
trialling
a prototype event
-
training
the assessors or providing expert assessors if
requested
-
designing
procedures for following up participants
-
managing
the first centre
-
evaluating
the programme and assessors
Development Centres
Development Centres we design...
- are run purely for the benefit of the participant
- normally include situational exercises, psychometric ability tests, personality
and emotional intelligence questionnaires
- provide participants with a lengthy feedback session with an assessor
- incorporate action planning to help participants exploit their strengths and
address those weaknesses identified in the DC
We have over 35 years of experience designing, running and evaluating such
centres, in both commercial and public organisations and are leading international
experts in the field.
